    Swing Street Ensembles provide the best in traditional American music and Brass Ensembles. From Ragtime to sophisticated Jazz, and Heralding Trumpeters to Holiday Brass, the music is lively, elegant and performed by New York’s most talented musicians. Stylistically and visually, the various ensembles present each era’s music as performed in its heyday: Fun, foot tapping Dixieland with vests and straw hats, the mellow sophisticated ambiance of acoustic jazz, 1890’s Ragtime with tails, white tie and period dancers, a hot Charleston performed in cool white dinner jackets, and Big Band Swing music, with a floor full of dancers as well as a variety of classic and exotic appropriate costumes for our Brass Menagerie ensembles.
